Over the past few weeks, Fight 4 Mental Health has been turning heads and shifting conversations — not through staged moments or prepared statements, but by showing up where it matters most: ringside, backstage, and live at some of the biggest press conferences in the world.
Through a series of exclusive press room moments captured by Egypt X, F4MH released powerful clips featuring some of the biggest names in boxing — Manny Pacquiao, Deontay Wilder, Ryan Garcia, Teofimo Lopez, and Caleb Plant — as they were asked about something rarely addressed in public: mental health.
Each moment shared a common theme: the internal battles that come with the spotlight. While fans see the wins and knockouts, what’s often missed is the toll that the sport, the pressure, and the expectations take on the fighter’s mind.
These clips — now live across our social channels — show a side of boxing most never get to see. It’s not about just fight night. It’s about what happens before and after the bell — in the locker rooms, in their heads, and in their hearts.
Too often, fighters are told to be warriors and nothing more. But the reality is, many are fighting silent battles far outside the ring. F4MH exists to change that narrative.
If you haven’t seen the recent clips yet, check them out now on our Instagram:
We’re not just telling the story.
